Who we are

ChinaSiteReady (“we”, “us”) is a service operated by 曲速引擎互联网络科技有限公司 (Warp Engine Tech), a company registered in Shanghai, People’s Republic of China. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you visit chinasiteready.autoinfra.cn and how we use it.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to operate this site, understand how it is used, and follow up on inquiries. We do not sell data, run advertising on this site, or share data with advertising networks.

Information you give us

• Anything you submit through our contact form: name, work email, the URL you ask us to test, and any notes.
• Anything you email us at chinasiteready@autoinfra.cn.

Information collected automatically

• Pages visited on this site, time spent, referring page, and links clicked.
• Browser type, operating system, language, screen size, and device type.
• Approximate geographic location derived from IP address (country / city level only).
• Outreach codes you arrived with in the URL, such as ?biz=, ?source=, ?campaign=, and standard utm_* parameters. These are codes we ourselves generated when contacting your company.
• Standard server logs (request URL, IP, timestamp, response code) retained for security and debugging.

The IP address itself is processed by our analytics provider but we do not store full IP addresses for long-term analysis. Visitor IP addresses are used solely to derive coarse geo information and to detect abusive traffic.

Why we use this data

• To respond to your inquiries. If you fill out a contact form or email us, we read your message, reply, and may follow up to scope or deliver the service.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it. Pageview, scroll, click, and dwell-time data is used in aggregate to refine pages, copy, and navigation.
• To attribute outreach effectiveness. When you arrive with an outreach code we sent you, we use that code to recognize that the link we sent reached you, and to record whether the page met your needs. This helps us decide whether and how to follow up.
• To keep the site secure. Server logs are used to detect and respond to abuse, attacks, or downtime.

Legal basis (GDPR)

For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, our legal bases for processing are:

• Consent — for non-essential analytics. You give consent through our cookie banner. You can change this any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
• Legitimate interest — for security logs and to operate, debug, and protect the site.
• Contract preparation / performance — for inquiries you actively send us through contact channels.

How we share data

We share personal data only with the third-party processors that are strictly required to operate this site. As of today, that list is: AWS (hosting), PostHog (analytics, US), and a small number of operational tools used by our team (email, internal communications). We do not sell personal data, do not provide it to advertising networks, and do not share it with affiliates for marketing.

We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or binding instruction from a competent authority (including any mainland China regulator or hosting access provider). Where lawfully permitted, we will inform you of any such disclosure.

International transfers

We are based in mainland China. Our analytics provider, PostHog, is based in the United States (and offers EU and India regions). When you visit our site, the data described above flows between your location, our infrastructure (which includes mainland China), and our analytics provider’s region. By continuing to use the site after seeing the cookie banner, you accept this transfer pattern.

Retention

• Contact-form submissions and related email: kept for as long as needed to follow up, plus up to 24 months for record-keeping, then deleted on request.
• Analytics events in PostHog: retained per PostHog’s standard schedule (currently up to 7 years for paid customers; less for free tier). Personal-level data is deleted on request.
• Server logs: rotated periodically; typical retention 30–90 days.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including GDPR, CCPA, and PIPL), you may have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your data (right to be forgotten).
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent for analytics.
• Opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (CCPA). We do not sell personal information.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email chinasiteready@autoinfra.cn from the address you used to contact us, or describe the outreach code or link you visited so we can identify your record.

Children

This is a B2B service and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
